Exivora is a local-first photo and video metadata tool. This policy explains what information Exivora handles when you use the app and website.
What Exivora processes
Photos, videos and metadata are processed on your iPhone or iPad for ordinary viewing, editing, cleaning, copying and export. Exivora does not upload your media to its backend for these operations.
Account information
If you sign in with Apple, Exivora receives the Apple subject identifier and the limited profile information Apple makes available to the app. We use this information to create your account, maintain sessions and associate purchases with your account.
Purchase information
For Exivora Pro, Apple and the Exivora backend process the transaction identifier, product identifier, purchase date and signed transaction information needed to verify lifetime entitlement. Exivora does not receive your payment card details.
Local processing and export
Exivora is non-destructive by default. Exported files are created only after you choose a system destination such as Photos, Files or a Share Sheet action.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your Exivora account from Settings. Account and session information is deleted or anonymized according to our retention requirements. Deleting an Exivora account does not delete media in your Apple Photos library.
